What to Expect After Booking Your Rental

A few things to prep before our team arrives so your event goes off without a hitch.

One Outlet Per Inflatable

Each inflatable needs its own dedicated electrical circuit within 100 ft of the setup area. We can't use customer extension cords, and we can't run more than 100 ft. Renting a large 2-piece water slide or 2-piece obstacle course? You'll need 2 separate outlets on different circuits.

Flat, Clear Setup Space

Make sure you have enough flat, clear ground for your inflatable plus 5 ft of clearance on all sides. Each unit's exact dimensions are listed on its rental page — contact us if you're not sure and we'll help you measure.

Yard Cleaned of Pet Waste

Please make sure all dog poop is cleaned up in the setup area before our team arrives. We won't set up over pet waste — and your guests will thank you.

Hose for Water Units

For water slides and wet/dry combos, you'll need to provide a hose that reaches the setup area. Every inflatable comes with a standard leader hose to make the connection super easy on our end.
